The Building Permit

When a building permit application is granted by the mayor, the latter issues a CERTIFICATE attesting that the future construction has been authorized.

This certificate must be displayed visibly and legibly at the construction site.

Article 37 of the Law of July 19, 2004, concerning communal planning and urban development stipulates that the appeal period before the administrative courts begins to run three days from the date of display of the aforementioned certificates.

Leverage our experience to have a judicial officer officially record the date and conformity of the certificate’s display.

The official report thus drawn up by the judicial officer will provide a definitive date for your display and will prevent any unnecessary, or even abusive, appeals.
