Yves Tapella has been named Bailiff in November 2003 and his team includes several members. In Mai 2005 Tom Nilles joined the team. They are registered with the District Court of Luxembourg in Luxembourg, and qualified for the entire district of Luxembourg.
The office was located at 32 rue de l’Alzette in Esch/Alzette. Since february 2006, it's located at 14-16, rue du Canal in Esch/Alzette.
